Sam Bradford out for season

In another major injury in the NFL on Sunday, St. Louis Rams QB Sam Bradford will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL.  The Rams went on to lose to the Carolina Panthers 30-15.  At the time of the injury, Bradford was on pace for his best NFL season in most major passing categories. He ends the year with 1,687 yards, 14 touchdowns and four interceptions.  Backup Kellen Clemens is expected to step into the starting role in Bradford’s absence, but the Rams will also need to add another quarterback to the roster this week.
