Ummmm Da Colts defense hasn’t been playing without three main starters for a long time. Powers didnt play vs The Jets, so he could heal. Brocks ultimately a starter just not at DE because Freeney and Mathis are so good. The Saints on the other hand have a poor defense and Manning will light them up. Everyone knows Brees will fumble atleast once. Take a look at his record, he lost 6/10 fumbles for the season. The saints defense will blow it for them. On the other hand The Colts defense has gotten better each game. The saints arent very good closers, the Colts are the best at playing 60 mins. Colts by at least 2 tds.

The Saints have been one of the best if not the best offensive team in football this year. Their defense is solid as well as special teams. Any time you have Bush returning punts you have a chance to return one for a TD. With that being said, Manning and the Colts have been here before and won. This is the Saints first Super Bowl appearance and they will be nervous, book it. They have tons of pressure since this is their first trip and the entire state of LA will be backing them, if not most of the country. If Brees wins this game he should be given his dues as one of the best in the game. He turned around the franchise in a time of need. It sure will be hard to beat Manning and get him off his game, which is why the Colts win in a shoot out.

Well since Freeney has a sprained ankle it will be very tough for him to plant and explode. If he plays, and it’s still an if, he will not be as effective as he typically plays. Sure they can shoot him up with cortizone but eventually that will wear off. If he doesn’t play all Colts fans should be disgusted since NFL players are supposed to be “tough”. Go Saints!

Vegas just came out with the spread today and they have it at Indy -4. I actually thought that it would be closer than that at around 2 or 2 1/2. Think I’ll have to give the points and take Manning and Freeney. These guys are straight winners!!
